Install HubRocket on WHMCS

By the end of this guide HubRocket will be installed on your WHMCS install enabling you to chat with your website visitors. If a user is logged into your WHMCS install, their details will appear in the visitors list and be pre-inserted into the chat widget.

Note: We also offer an advanced integration enabling you to view and update client tickets, invoices and products within HubRocket. Click here to setup this integration.

Follow the steps below to install HubRocket on your WHMCS install:
  1. Download the WHMCS integration module
  2. Upload the contents in the root of your WHMCS directory and extract the zip (you will end up with: modules/addons/hubrocket/hooks.php and modules/addons/hubrocket/hubrocket.php)
  3. Log into your WHMCS admin area and navigate to Setup -> Addon Modules

  4. From the list of addons, find HubRocket and click Activate

  5. Log into the HubRocket admin area and navigate to: Settings (top right corner) -> Installation
  6. Copy the widget unique ID (GUID)
  7. Return to your WHMCS admin area, and paste the GUID you have just copied in the above step into the field Widget Number

  8. Click Save Changes
And that is it! You should now see HubRocket across the client pages of your WHMCS website.
